Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated K-5 teacher to foster a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will inspire students, promote a love for learning, and support their academic and social development.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and tailored support. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; MN teaching certification required . Experience working with elementary-aged children in a classroom setting.
