We are a collaborative, supportive team that values independence, respect, and meaningful work for both students and teachers. We are currently hiring a Lead Lower Elementary Teacher (grades 1-3) . This position is a great fit for: A teacher with classroom experience looking for a more meaningful, student-centered approach A recent graduate ready to step into a lead role with strong support and training A bachelor's degree in education is required. Montessori certification is not required to start. Training and support are provided, and candidates must be willing to obtain Montessori certification while working in this role. Position Details In this role, you will: Lead a 1st-3rd grade classroom Create a calm, structured, and respectful learning environment Learn and implement Montessori lessons Observe students and adjust instruction to meet individual needs Communicate clearly with families and staff This role requires confidence in leading a classroom and following through on expectations.
