We pride ourselves on strong relationships, high expectations, and a supportive school culture where students and staff thrive. Position Summary Marion School District is seeking a passionate and student-centered 4th Grade Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will create a positive learning environment, provide engaging instruction, collaborate with colleagues, and foster academic and social-emotional growth for all students. Responsibilities Plan and deliver standards-based instruction in all core subject areas. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners. Utilize student data to guide instructional decisions. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians. Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and support staff. Participate in school improvement efforts and professional development. Support the school's mission, goals, and positive culture.
Qualifications Required:
Valid Montana Teaching License or ability to obtain one. Elementary Education endorsement. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to student success and continuous improvement.
Preferred:
Experience teaching upper elementary students. Knowledge of MTSS, differentiated instruction, and data-driven decision making. Experience collaborating within a Professional Learning Community (PLC).
