Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated K-2 teacher (with a required valid Teacher's License) to join our educational team. You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility with an outstanding faculty and a school with terrific students and parents/ Responsibilities Design engaging lesson plans that align with state standards Implement diverse instructional strategies to accommodate various learning styles Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments Monitor each student's growth closely Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation Foster critical thinking among students Utilize strong communication skills and collaborate with colleagues Maintain a proactive approach to classroom management Establish rules and procedures for handling routine administrative matters Implement guidelines for student verbal participation during: Whole-class instruction and Small group instruction Promote a respectful and productive learning atmosphere Experience Proven experience in teaching, preferably within a classroom setting. Familiarity with curriculum and lesson planning techniques. Strong classroom management skills that promote a respectful learning environment.
