• Full-time, salaried 9-month academic position in a small Montessori school serving approximately 15 students.
• Responsible for delivering individualized, developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with Montessori philosophy.
• Fosters independence, curiosity, and whole-child development. Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver lessons in literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies.
• Implement Montessori-based, differentiated instruction.
• Facilitate weekly art lessons to support creativity and expression.
• Maintain a prepared Montessori classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support program alignment and student success. -Serve on school committees and attend school-related events. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary or K-3 Education.
• Montessori certification or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Experience with elementary-aged students (K-3 preferred).
• Strong understanding of child development and differentiated instruction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits
