Role:

This position will begin as a floating assistant teacher for the 2026-2027 school year, with a clear pathway to transition into a lead teacher role based on experience and performance. It's a wonderful opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative school community.

Qualifications:

AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification for ages 2.5-6 Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience in a Montessori environment Bachelor's degree in any field (Early Childhood Education preferred) CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain A genuine love for children and a deep commitment to their growth and development Patience, compassion, and a warm, nurturing presence Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and comfortably engage with children at floor level Candidates must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent and punctual attendance.
