The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Christ and to fostering a positive learning environment and enhancing the academic, social, and spiritual development of students. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to engage children in meaningful learning experiences. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Educate students in various subjects, including but not limited to Bible. literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support student success. Organize classroom activities that promote overall well-being. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences: Bachelor's Degree 3 years minimum teaching experience in relative grade/area Demonstrates an active relationship with Christ Able to make strong connections to students and families Has good classroom management skills Can integrate Biblical principles across disciplines Is an active team player We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who is ready to inspire young minds and spend each day leading children closer to Jesus.
