- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning
- Utilize learning technology to enhance instruction
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive behavior management strategies
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of students with special education requirements
- Support the use of learning technology in the classroom
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress ```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of elementary education curriculum , project based learning, student led learning, differentiated instruction and teaching methods
- Experience working with children, including those with special education needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
