Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment. Support students with special educational needs. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies. Conduct assessments and utilize standardized testing to evaluate student progress. Mentor students, fostering their academic and personal growth. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; teaching certification required. Experience working with children, particularly in an elementary school setting. Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and special education practices.
