In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, facilitate meaningful classroom discussions, and nurture students' spiritual and academic growth. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help cultivate a positive learning environment where children can explore the rich stories of history and biblical principles while developing essential skills for their future. Duties Develop comprehensive lesson plans that integrate history, biblical teachings, and core academic subjects such as literacy, math, and social studies. Deliver dynamic instruction tailored to diverse learning styles. Incorporate learning technology tools to enhance student engagement and understanding of complex concepts. Foster a classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management, respect, and active participation among students. Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparation and ongoing formative assessments. Mentor students individually or in small groups to support their academic achievement, social-emotional development, and spiritual growth. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school events. Qualifications Proven classroom management skills with experience working with children in elementary settings. Strong background in history and Bible Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, proofreading educational materials, and integrating learning technology. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues. Familiarity with private school environments. Demonstrated ability to mentor students and support early intervention initiatives.
