Delphos City Schools Franklin Elementary Building is seeking candidates for a Grade 3 Teacher.

Delphos City Schools is seeking a professional educator certified to teach a Self-Contained Grade 3 Classroom. The positionbegins at the start of the 2026-2027 school year. Salary and benefits are per negotiated bargaining agreement.,

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Hold proper certification and/or licensure for the State of Ohio as follows:
• Elementary (K-8), (1-8), (P-5), etc.
• Embrace collaborative work with administration and in teacher-based teams
• Have knowledge and experience with standards based instructional practices, formative assessment methods, and educational technology
• Embrace opportunities to work with parents in supporting student learning with a strong desire to see all students succeed.
