Our ideal candidate is a motivated educator who brings strong instructional skills, compassion, and a genuine love for helping students grow academically and emotionally. Teachers at Al Ihsan are responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction in all core subject areas aligned with the Ohio Department of Education learning standards, while fostering a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment. Responsibilities and Duties Plan and deliver weekly lesson plans aligned to ODE standards Teach all major elementary subjects with clarity, rigor, and creativity Assess student learning and use data to guide instruction Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment Collaborate with grade‑level teams and administration Communicate effectively with parents and staff Meet all school expectations, deadlines, and professional responsibilities Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and a growth mindset Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Education (required) State of Ohio teaching license (preferred) Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to motivate and inspire students Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement English fluency required Benefits Paid vacation time Supportive school community Opportunities for professional development
