United States Description Bowlegs Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment, support students' academic and social development, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the community.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state standards and curriculum guidelines. Assess students' progress using a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive classroom culture that supports social-emotional development and encourages student growth. Create and implement differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom activities. Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance and attendance. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and activities. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field. Valid Oklahoma teaching certification for elementary education. Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Preferred Qualifications Teaching experience in elementary is preferred, but not required.
