What We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced early elementary teacher for a small class beginning in Fall 2026. Experience teaching 2nd or 3rd grade is strongly preferred. We are looking for a caring, committed teacher who loves Jesus and wants to help shape the next generation for Him. The ideal candidate values structure, maintains high expectations for students, and enjoys building strong relationships with both students and families. Key Responsibilities Plan engaging, interactive lessons that support strong academic growth Foster a disciplined, joyful, and loving classroom environment Maintain clear expectations for student behavior and character Build strong relationships with students and parents Collaborate with administration and fellow teachers Participate in school events and occasional training Qualifications Bachelor's degree (required) Personal relationship with Jesus Christ Teaching experience required (experience in 2nd or 3rd grade preferred ) Ability to create a structured but warm classroom environment Strong classroom management skills Commitment to partnering with parents in the discipleship of students Why Join Remnant?
