3rd Grade Elementary Teacher

Position Summary:

To provide high-quality learning opportunities and instruction to elementary students and foster a positive and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications:

Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsements. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Teaching experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with students. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Commitment to professional growth and development. Must pass a criminal background check.

Principal Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective instruction aligned with state standards and curriculum guidelines. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that is conducive to student learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively. Assess student learning and provide timely and constructive feedback. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues. Participate in professional development activities. Maintain accurate and timely records. Adhere to all school policies and procedures.

Terms of Employment:

Full-time position Ability to lift and move 20 lbs. Salary and benefits as per the district's salary schedule Employment is considered at-will and subject to annual evaluation. Above state teacher salary schedule 100% District paid retirement. Paid Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 403b Match These are in adition to your base salary.
