In this role, you will lead curriculum development, implement innovative teaching strategies, and mentor fellow educators to ensure every student reaches their full potential. Your energetic approach will cultivate a love of learning while promoting social-emotional growth, literacy, math skills, and physical education. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the educational journey of elementary students in a supportive and collaborative setting. Education Montessori certificate (AMS or NCME) at the elementary level (required) Bachelor's degree (or higher) in education or related field (prefered) Duties Design and execute engaging lesson plans aligned with standards in literacy education, math, science, social studies, and physical education Lead classroom management efforts to create a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment Develop and refine curriculum materials utilizing learning technology and educational best practices Mentor and support fellow teachers and teaching assistants through coaching, feedback, and professional development initiatives Assess student progress through observation, adjusting instruction to meet individual learning goals Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on student achievements and behavior management strategies Experience Prior experience with students ages 5-9, with a minimum of two years Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across core subjects such as literacy, math, and physical education Experience working with children with special needs or in early childhood education environments Familiarity with teaching Montessori methodologies Strong background in classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Proficiency in using learning technology tools for lesson planning and student assessment Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, parents, and community stakeholders Join us as a Lead Elementary Teacher to make a lasting impact on young learners' lives!
