Qualifications:
PDE Elementary Certification required Experience working with school age preferred FBI, Criminal Background and Child abuse clearances Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
Exercises prudent judgement Maintains poise and composure Maintains professional attitudes Communicates with parents about students' progress Demonstrates a willingness to cooperate toward District Goals Evidences planning which reflects objectives and activities Keeps abreast of subject and special practices Provides appropriate instructional material to meet the student's needs Demonstrates the ability to organize for instruction Encourages students with appropriate reinforcement Provides an educational atmosphere consistent with instructional goals Utilizes appropriate strategies Evaluates students' academic growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports
