As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young children as they embark on their educational journey. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes the intellectual, social, and emotional development of each child.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum guidelines.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child, addressing their unique needs and learning styles.
• Encourage active learning through engaging activities, games, and hands-on experiences.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide meaningful feedback to parents or guardians.
• Collaborate with other kindergarten teacher, colleagues and parents to create a cohesive learning community.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for all students at all times.
