The ideal candidate is passionate about Montessori philosophy and committed to guiding children with respect, independence, and purpose.
Responsibilities:
Lead a prepared Montessori Primary environment Guide children's academic, social, and emotional development Present Montessori lessons and foster independence Communicate with families and collaborate with staff
Qualifications:
Montessori Primary Certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of experience in a Primary classroom preferred Strong classroom leadership rooted in grace and courtesy
