We partner with families to integrate high-quality education with Biblical truth. As we expand, we are seeking passionate Christian educators dedicated to academic excellence and discipleship. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Elementary School Teacher at Truth Academy Dallas. You will be responsible for creating engaging lessons, implementing curriculum, and providing individualized instruction in a bilingual setting . The ideal candidate will provide instruction in both English and Spanish to support our diverse student body while modeling Christian values.

Qualifications & Skills Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Required).

Certification:

Valid Texas teaching certification (Required).

Bilingualism:

High proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish .

Classroom Management:

Proven ability to maintain a productive, positive learning environment.

Mission Alignment:

A personal commitment to Christian education and the ability to integrate a Biblical worldview into daily instruction.

Experience:

Experience in elementary education or a Christian school setting is a plus. Responsibilities Develop lesson plans that meet individual student needs. Utilize a variety of instructional aids and bilingual materials. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support student success. Incorporate Christian principles throughout the curriculum and school activities.
