Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:40 AM-3:45 PM; additional time as needed for meetings and professional development.

Responsibilities:

Create a positive, supportive learning environment Model for students the joy of learning Generate developmentally appropriate, standards-aligned, research-based lesson plans and instructional activities for use in the classroom Plan and use appropriate instructional strategies, activities, and materials that reflect an understanding of various learning styles Conduct ongoing assessment of student achievement through formal and informal assessment Utilize curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of St. Clement's students Provide effective, supportive, and timely feedback to students and parents Implement a classroom management style that aligns with the school's mission and culture of developing minds and building character Encourage communication, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration Actively engage in faculty professional development opportunities offered Communicate and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders within the school community Integrate technology into the curriculum to strengthen the teaching/learning process Model Christian morals, values, ethics, attitudes, and behaviors Fulfill other duties as requested

Qualifications:
