Job Description
Iman Academy Southwest is seeking passionate and dedicated full-time Elementary Homeroom Teachers for Grades 1-5 for the 2026-2027 academic year . The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and structured classroom environment that supports academic excellence, character development, and student growth. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering instruction across core elementary subjects while fostering strong collaboration with colleagues, parents, and school leadership. Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality classroom instruction for elementary students in Grades 1-5 Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with academic standards Monitor student progress and support individual learning needs Maintain effective classroom management and positive student behavior Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration to support school-wide goals Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development Promote a nurturing and values-based learning environment Why Work at Iman Academy Southwest?
