  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment.
As a vital part of our early childhood education team, you will lead the development and implementation of age-appropriate curricula, promote social-emotional growth, and support children's early developmental milestones. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay a strong foundation for children's future learning journeys, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and excited about exploring the world around them. Duties Design and execute dynamic lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and organized learning environment. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavioral insights, and developmental milestones through regular updates. Support children with special education needs by applying early intervention techniques and individualized approaches to promote their success. Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing standards to monitor progress and inform instruction. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, toddler care, childcare best practices, and early childhood education trends. Experience Prior classroom experience working with preschool or pre-kindergarten children in a licensed childcare or private school setting. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development tailored for early learners across various domains such as literacy, math, and physical education. Experience managing diverse classrooms with effective behavior management strategies. Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention programs to support children with additional needs. Familiarity with Montessori or other child-centered educational philosophies is preferred. Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and community partners. Previous experience in daycare or preschool environments emphasizing childhood development principles is highly desirable.
