The ideal candidate will have a strong background in language instruction and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students of all ages. This role involves teaching in to diverse groups, implementing engaging lesson plans, and supporting students in their language acquisition journey. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and levels. Teach language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and communication. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Utilize technology and resources effectively to enhance language learning. Maintain classroom management to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students effectively. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Familiarity with teaching methods for children with autism or special needs is a plus. Ability to proofread educational materials for clarity and accuracy. Experience in library services or resources that support language learning is beneficial.
