To Be Determined Job Description Milano Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Elementary Teacher. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential. This full-time position requires a commitment to creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student success. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with state curriculum standards.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and respect.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and techniques.
  • Organize and supervise classroom activities, including group work, projects, and field trips.
