With an ultra-supportive administration by your side, our teachers will be equipped to do what they do best, and we would love for you to join us on this mission. For the last 9 years we have been known as a premier 9-12 charter high school with a strong emphasis on athletics, particularly soccer. Our mission is to provide student-athletes with an exceptional education while fostering their athletic growth. We are committed to academic excellence, character development, and preparing students for success both on and off the field.

Our educators foster a love of learning in a supportive, student-centered environment. Teachers will design engaging lessons, build strong relationships, and collaborate with colleagues to create an enriching educational experience. With a focus on academic excellence and whole-child development, this role is ideal for educators who are committed to inspiring young minds.

From November 30-December 18 we run an optional intersession, where teachers are required to work 1/3 weeks. This mitigates the summer slide, and acknowledges the challenges of instruction from Thanksgiving until winter break. Students may elect to attend, or can use this time for other experiences. Our daily school schedule is 9:20am-3:30pm M-Th and 9:20am-2:00pm on Fridays. Contract hours are 8am-4pm giving you a full hour every day to prep and collaborate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Use a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs, including MLL (Multilingual Learners) and SPED (Special Education) students.
  • Implement appropriate accommodations and modifications to ensure equitable access to learning for all students.
  • Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student growth and achievement.
  • Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance instruction.
  • Foster social-emotional learning and classroom community through positive behavior management.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best teaching practices.
Qualifications:
