04/23/2026 The Appleton Area School District has a position available for a 1.0 FTE EL Teacher at Appleton Central (50%) and at an elementary site (50%) TBD beginning on 08/24/2026. The EL instructor is responsible for providing direct, content-based EL services to students. The EL instructor must have knowledge of second language acquisition and high quality literacy and language instructional practices. The delivery model is flexible, and it may include pull-out services or co-teaching. The EL instructor communicates regularly with regular education and special education teachers to support teachers and students.
