Course:
Solid Mechanics and Lab This course covers concepts and theories of internal force, stress, strain, and strength of structural elements under static loading conditions. The course also examines constitutive behavior for linear elastic structures and deflection and stress analysis procedures for bars, beams, and shafts. Students will examine and analyze various modes of failure of solid materials.

Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions Engage students in learning course objectives and topics Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom Provide a positive example to students by supporting the
University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University What You Will Bring:
Minimum:
Master's in Mechanical Engineering OR Master's in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or related engineering discipline
Preferred:
