Our curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning, safety, and technical excellence. We are currently seeking experienced A&P-certified instructors with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience to join our instructional team. Position Overview As an Aviation Maintenance Instructor, you'll play a key role in shaping future A&P mechanics. You'll deliver engaging classroom and lab instruction, mentor students, and ensure FAA curriculum standards are met.

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM
- 4:00 PM Job Responsibilities Teach FAA-approved curriculum to prepare students for FAA exams.
Track attendance and submit grades within 24 hours. Ensure all coursework is delivered, completed, and assessed. Manage makeup tests and practical projects. Follow lesson plans and maintain a daily planner. Review curriculum and policies before each term. Maintain tools, training aids, and instructional spaces. Request supplies as needed. Coordinate with Hangar Operations staff during training. Keep classrooms, labs, and hangars clean and organized. Safeguard institutional assets.

Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certification
Minimum 3 years of A&P industry experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of the Internet.
