Department Information Lane Aviation Academy is seeking a qualified instructor for its Aviation Unmanned Aircraft Systems (AUAS) program. The AUAS program is part of the larger Aviation Academy that provides drone, mechanic, and pilot training. The Academy has a great student certificate completion rate and provides exceptional job opportunities with regional airlines, heavy-lift helicopter operations, and general aviation. The Aviation Academy is committed to increasing the diversity and equity of the college community in multiple forms. Beyond the required education and experience, instructors must have a passion for what they teach and have teaching styles that support student success. Instructors are responsible for following Division and College procedures in support of teaching and learning.
