Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to prospective students, faculty, staff, current students and to the community at large
strongly commit to undergraduate teaching excellence and student engagement
promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students
undertake the Standard Instructional/Research/Service Workload as outlined in theFaculty/Staff Policy Manual
provide academic advisement of students
conduct office/conference hours
fulfill the University's scholarship expectation through research, publication, grantdevelopment, and creative achievement
participate on university committees and public service opportunities
maintain proper security for all University files and information and follow privacy procedures at all times
maintain records and procedures for duties and responsibilities of position
assist in the development, data collection, and analysis of required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports necessary for the advancement of University program
eagerly participate in student engagement and organization activities
meet with prospective students
provide course and classroom conduct as outlined in the Faculty/Staff Policy Manual
attend department, school, and university faculty meetings
attend commencement activities
participate in annual faculty evaluation
submit textbook requests
comply with the university Faculty/Staff Policy Manual
