Circuits & Drones STEM Instructor (Summer 2026)

Per Program Day Organization:
Fly Minds Fly Minds is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging STEM Instructor to lead a hands-on Circuits & Drones Summer Program for middle school students. This is a unique opportunity to inspire young learners through interactive STEM experiences while helping students build confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Position needs to be filled immediately. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. What You'll Do Lead hands-on Circuits & Drones activities (curriculum provided) Introduce students to engineering, electronics, and flight concepts Foster teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment Serve as a positive mentor and role model Ideal Candidates Teachers or retired educators Engineers and STEM professionals Military veterans College students pursuing STEM degrees Youth development professionals Makerspace, robotics, drone, or engineering enthusiasts Qualifications Experience working with youth Strong communication and classroom management skills Reliable and professional Ability to pass a background check Passion for STEM education Compensation $250 Flat Rate Per Program Day Includes instructional time, setup, program delivery, and breakdown.
