Summary of Job Duties:
The Communication Disorders and Sciences (CDS) undergraduate program in the School of Counseling, Human Performance and Rehabilitation (CHPR) at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking Adjunct Faculty to teach undergraduate courses. To meet the needs of our student population, CDS courses may be offered through in-person, online, or hybrid modalities. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach assigned courses; Assist, monitor, and evaluate students in the courses assigned; Commit to teaching the entire university semester; Maintain all professional credentials such as certificates for clinical competence (CCC-SLP or CCC-A).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrable knowledge of best practices in area of expertise; Demonstrable knowledge of ASHA's 2020 Standard for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology; Ability to interact, manage, motivate, and evaluate students; Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal direct supervision.
