This course is designed to teach students to master the fundamentals of proper PR and advertising writing styles with sensitivity to the requirements of different situations, audiences, and mediums. To edit and proofread any material so it is publishable. Craft persuasive messages for any medium that meet the client's objectives. Lastly, to devise digital ad copy for a variety of mediums, including print, online, TV, radio, and OOH, based on sound advertising strategy. Requirements for consideration include a B.A., B.S., M.S., or an M.A. degree in a related field. Previous teaching experience is desirable. For some courses, outstanding professional experience may be substituted for academic credentials. The hourly range for this position is $37.88 - $46.96.
