Job description Reformed University is looking for Adjunct faculty/ Instructors who can teach courses at the undergraduate level in the areas of Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science & IT Support, MBA, and Leadership at the Reformed University. Duties and Responsibilities Adjunct faculty are employed to teach up to maximum 12 credit hours during the semester. Teaching load is based upon student enrolled and staffing needs. Instruction may be during the day, evening. Deliver undergraduate and graduate course assigned and able to accommodate hybrid, online, or in-person formats as necessary. Administer and evaluate examinations, assignments, and papers and maintain records of student attendance, grades, and other essential documentation. Collaborate with interdepartmental activities and assignments. Proactively engage in university activities such as events, workshops and activity week. Able to adapt to new responsibilities and tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Ph.D degree preferred or Master's degree in Business and Finance for Graduate Level; Bachelors degree preferred in a related field for Undergraduate Level courses with at least 18 graduate credits in Business and Finance. Preferred Qualifications Relevant industry work experience Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Adept knowledge of instructional technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and native or near native oral and written English skills
• Ability to work with a diverse student population
• Successful passing of a criminal background check
• Adjunct faculty are required to meet assigned classes on meeting dates, submit required grade records and reports, student learning outcomes.
• Classes maybe held during the day, evening or combination of both.
