Job Description Summary Although there are no current openings, the Marketing Department is searching for adjunct instructors to teach upcoming daytime or evening classes in areas such as Marketing Research, Integrated Business, Marketing Management and Consumer and Buyer Behavior during the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters. Since adjunct faculty positions are ongoing pooled positions, your materials will remain on file and reviewed on an as needed basis for adjunct faculty positions throughout the upcoming semesters.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Marketing or closely related field with previous teaching experience preferred. Compensation for adjunct faculty is governed by the collective bargaining agreement between Bentley University and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 509. For the 2025-26 academic year, adjunct faculty are compensated at a rate of $7,225.00 per course. Courses with labs and other four-credit courses shall will be compensated at a higher minimum rate of $9,333.00 per course.
