Minneapolis, MINNESOTA The University of St. Thomas is seeking a qualified individual to fill an adjunct faculty teaching position for the 2026 Summer Session 2 Semester (7/14-8/21). The successful candidate will teach one course of

NUTR 245

Intro to Nutrition for undergraduate students. The course is planned to be delivered via an online, asynchronous teaching modality. Include:

Design and deliver online instruction using student-engaged pedagogical approaches Develop course materials that align with program's defined objectives and learning outcomes Provide timely feedback to students re: their grades and progress in the course Be available to students for 1-2 office hours per week Other duties as assigned

Salary Range:

$6,200 per course load for the 2025-2026 school year (per 4 credit undergraduate course). Minimum qualifications: A Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Prior teaching experience Preferred qualifications: A terminal degree (Ph.D.) in nutrition or a related health field and prior teaching experience
