Postgraduate Degree Job Description Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates for an adjunct teaching position in English. This is a part-time, temporary adjunct faculty role reporting to the Department Head. This is a continuous vacancy announcement, filled on an "as-needed" basis. All applications are kept on file, and applicants will be notified when courses become available. Work may be performed online or in an office/classroom environment, involving significant public interaction, whether in person, by telephone, via email, or through various communication platforms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Teach assigned classes Support curriculum integrity in collaboration with the Department Head Follow the official Redlands Community College course calendar, including holiday breaks and designated start/end times Assess and encourage student achievement per student learning objectives Interact in an effective and encouraging manner with students, both individually and in groups Promote the mission of the Department, as well as the College as a whole Qualifications include: Master's degree in the teaching discipline or a master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the discipline is required Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with clear, grammatically correct English Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), email, and internet use Oklahoma residency is required
