LISA Academy WEST Elementary is seeking a passionate, energetic, and student-centered 3rd Grade ELA Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year! What You Will Do:
Teach 3rd Grade English Language Arts using engaging, standards-based instruction Develop students' reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, and communication skills Prepare students for academic success and state assessments Use student data to drive instruction and close learning gaps Create a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment Participate in collaborative PLC meetings focused on student growth Communicate regularly with parents and families Implement intervention and enrichment strategies for diverse learners Support schoolwide expectations, culture, and Leader in Me initiatives Build strong relationships with students while maintaining high academic expectations
