Job Summary Job Summary Holy Cross School is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and student-centered Middle School English Teacher to join our vibrant school community. The ideal candidate is passionate about literature, writing, and language instruction and is committed to fostering strong academic growth while building meaningful relationships with students and families. This teacher will create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, communication skills, and a love of reading and writing. Responsibilities include planning and delivering standards-based instruction, using assessment data to inform teaching practices, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting the social-emotional growth of middle school students. We are looking for an educator who demonstrates professionalism, strong classroom management, effective communication skills, and a growth mindset. Candidates should be enthusiastic about working as part of a collaborative faculty team and contributing positively to the overall school community. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, appropriate California teaching credentials, and experience or familiarity with middle school English curriculum and instructional practices.
