- San Diego, California We are seeking a professional and experienced Private Educator to provide individualized instruction for two students (Grades 3 and 7) in a private classroom setting.
This is a long-term role supporting their academic growth through high school while fostering overall development. - based and experiential learning, while also supporting Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and the development of communication and language skills, including speech-related needs.
This role requires an educator who can combine strong academic instruction with meaningful real-world application, while fostering confidence, independence, and clear communication in a structured and engaging environment.

Compensation:
$90,000
- $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience

g., speech or educational professionals) Maintain a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Valid California teaching credential Experience teaching elementary and/or middle school students, with the ability to support continued academic advancement Strong background in individualized instruction and differentiated learning Experience with project-based learning, experiential education, and SEL practices Experience supporting language development, communication, or speech-related needs strongly preferred Familiarity with educational technology and instructional tools Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability Additional Requirements Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check Ability to build and maintain a long-term, trusted relationship with both students and family Maintain a high level of discretion and respect for family privacy Commitment to consistency and continuity in instruction
