Manage classroom dynamics effectively to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Assess and monitor student progress in literacy and math, providing tailored support as needed. Collaborate with co-teachers to deliver dual language instruction and ensure curriculum alignment. You will work in one language with a co-teacher working in an adjacent classroom with the part ner language. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address concerns. Utilize technology and resources to enhance learning experiences for all students.
