In this role, you will design engaging lessons, utilize innovative learning technology, and implement effective curriculum development strategies to support diverse learners. Your enthusiasm for working with children and commitment to fostering a positive classroom environment will help students achieve their full potential and build confidence in their language abilities. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the needs of English language learners, incorporating literacy education, math, writing skills, and other core subjects Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with disabilities or special education needs, ensuring inclusive classroom practices Manage classroom behavior effectively through behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and ongoing evaluations; adjust instruction accordingly Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support student growth in language acquisition and overall development Incorporate library services, Montessori techniques, or other educational philosophies as appropriate for diverse learning environments Provide tutoring sessions or additional support for students needing extra help in literacy, math, or other subjects Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, ESL (English as a Second Language), or a related field; advanced certifications preferred Proven classroom experience working with children in diverse settings; private school experience is a plus Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment strategies for language learners Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and standardized testing procedures Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education programs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and childcare best practices Ability to adapt lessons for different age groups and learning styles using innovative teaching methods such as Montessori or library-based activities Join us in creating an inspiring learning environment where every student can thrive!
