Position Overview:

We seek dedicated and Christ-centered educators to instruct and inspire students in 4th grade. Our teachers are more than instructors—they are mentors, role models, and co-laborers in shaping students into mature, responsible Christians.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, classical Christian lessons aligned with our mission. Foster a structured, joyful, and respectful classroom environment that encourageslearning. Partner with parents in the discipleship and academic growth of students. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles. Utilize effective teaching strategies to maximize student engagement andcomprehension. Maintain regular and professional communication with parents and administration. Model Christ-like character in speech, actions, and attitudes.

Qualifications:

A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for discipleship. Agreement with Adolesco's Statement of Faith and commitment to our Christianphilosophy of education. A bachelor's degree in education or a related field (preferred but not required). Teaching experience or strong aptitude for classroom instruction. Strong organizational and communication skills.
