Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum for elementary school students
  • Provide early intervention and support for students who may be struggling academically or socially
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
  • Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate lessons and activities
  • Monitor student behavior and enforce classroom rules and expectations
  • Assess student performance through tests, projects, and other assignments
  • Provide guidance and support to students in their personal and academic development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience working with elementary school-aged children
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment techniques
  • Proficiency in literacy education strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators
