Aug 31, 2026 Job Description The Abington Middle School STEAM Teacher will be responsible for teaching our district STEAM curriculum in which students explore science, technology, engineering, and art in alignment with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks.

The ideal candidate:

• Designs lessons that accommodate multiple learning styles.
• Aligns lesson objectives with school and state standards, as identified on curriculum maps.
• Adapts curriculum/instruction/assessment in accordance with student IEPs and 504 plans.

• Establishes effective classroom routines and procedures.
• Communicates clearly and effectively through speech and writing.

• Embeds supports for Multilingual Learners in every lesson.
