Job Description

Teacher of English Required for September 2026 Part Time MPS/UPS (Fringe) We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented, and committed Teacher of English to join a successful and highly supportive English department. This is an exciting opportunity for either an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner to contribute to a high-achieving secondary school with a strong culture of academic excellence, professional development, and student success. The successful candidate will have a passion for English and literature, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to inspire and motivate students across the secondary age range. They will be committed to delivering engaging and challenging lessons that develop students' confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills, while fostering a lifelong appreciation of language and literature. The English department is a collaborative and ambitious team that places great importance on high-quality teaching and learning.
