Responsibilities Design and deliver interactive lessons tailored to intermediate and advanced English language learners, ensuring clarity and engagement. Assess students' language proficiency levels regularly to customize instruction effectively. Incorporate a variety of teaching methods, multimedia tools, and real-world scenarios to enhance learning experiences. Provide constructive feedback on student performance, encouraging continuous improvement and confidence building. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that motivates students to participate actively and take ownership of their learning journey. Track student progress through assessments, reports, and records, maintaining accurate documentation of achievements and areas for growth. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, share best practices, and ensure consistent quality across classes. Experience Proven experience teaching English at intermediate or higher levels, with a strong ability to adapt lessons for diverse learner needs. Excellent command of the English language with strong grammatical, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills. Prior experience using digital tools or online platforms for remote or hybrid instruction is preferred. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that motivate students and promote active participation. Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to connect with students from varied backgrounds in a lively and supportive manner. Certification in TEFL/TESOL or equivalent is highly desirable; however, relevant teaching experience will also be considered.
