Job Description:
Divine Mercy Catholic School is seeking a dynamic Catholic teacher eager to become part of our community of faith; dedicated to the development of the whole child-mind, body, and soul. The current open position is in a 5 th grade classroom. The preferred candidate should have an excitement for teaching English/Language Arts and Social Studies.
This includes:
Taking pride in their job as a Catholic School teacher and seeing their work as contributing to the mission of our church. Maintaining high academic standards, while challenging each student to do their best. Instilling strong character, Catholic values, and a love for learning in their students. Being committed to continually developing their skills and improving as a teacher. Partnering with parents and staff to ensure the success of each student. Honoring and supporting school initiatives, administrative decisions, the vision of our archdiocese, and the Catholic Church.
