Job Summary St. Justin Martyr Catholic School is seeking a Grades 6-8 English Language Arts Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The teacher is responsible for providing instruction aligned with Archdiocesan curriculum standards while supporting the mission and philosophy of Catholic education.

Responsibilities:

Teach English Language Arts to students in grades 6-8 Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons in reading, writing, grammar, and literature Assess student learning and maintain required academic records Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Maintain a positive, structured, and faith‑centered learning environment Communicate effectively with parents and school staff Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities

Qualifications:
